PHYSICAL THERAPY Physical Therapy is an integral part of your care at Gulf Coast Orthopaedics. Our Physical Therapists are concerned with the treatment and management of movement disorders arising from conditions and/or diseases. One of our highly qualified and skilled Physical Therapists will work directly with you to help you regain and maintain maximum activity levels after surgery or injury. Physical Therapy utilizes a patient’s history and physical examination done by your physician to develop a care plan which will individualize your treatment needs. As necessary, our Physical Therapists will incorporate the results of any of your outside laboratory findings, x-rays or other imaging studies and even electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCV) may also be of assistance.
