Physical Therapy

Stephen Gulsby joined Gulf Coast Orthopaedics in November 2007 as a physical therapist in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department.  Steve’s career has progressed in therapy after graduating from the University of South Alabama with a physical therapy degree with honors over 21 years ago.  He has performed physical therapy in various settings including acute care hospitals, physical therapy offices, homes, and outpatient physical therapy units.

Before joining Gulf Coast Orthopaedic Specialists, Steve served as Clinic Manager and Senior Physical Therapist for Outpatient Physical Therapy at Baptist First Rehab.  Steve continues to expand his education by attending continuing medical education courses for management of various musculoskeletal disorders.

Born and raised locally, Steve worked for the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department for 10 years.
